Rafi believes that helping each other is the key to make our planet a better place to be. The only way to activate our kindness is by our own action. it doesn't make sense on its own until we actually do something meaningful for others.

He encourages everyone to use one's resources to help building a better society whenever there is an opportunity. It can be time, money, space or talents etc. The more we are able to contribute back to the society the better mankind's future will be.

"Thank you for helping to give the breath of life."

January 14, 2002

"Dear Rafi,

This is to send a heart-felt thank you for your recent support of our November 3rd 65 Roses Gala for Cystic Fibrosis, to raise money for and awareness of Cystic Fibrosis. I am delighted to report that we had a fabulous evening at the Pan Pacific with over three hundred guests in attendance. You generous donation for our auction was appreciated so very much. For our first year holding this event, we are amazed and thrilled to announce that we made close to $60,000.00 which will help us come closer to a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.

We have booked the Pan Pacific for November 2, 2002 for the 2nd Annual 65 Roses Gala, and hope that next year, you will once again help us raise the money we need to find a cure.

From my family, especially my two daughters who suffer from Cystic Fibrosis, and all the other people whose one hope is to find a cure, we thank you. Thank you for helping to give the breath of life.

Sincerely, and with many thanks,"

"It is through the help and suppose of people like you that we shall further advance cystic fibrosis research and extend the lives of so many young people."

"Dear Mr. Regev,

Thank you very much for your kind donation. Both your name and the item donated were included in our souvenir programme.

Our 2nd Annual 65 Roses Gala for Cystic Fibrosis was a wonderful success. We raised over $96,000 this year, a 50% increase over last years gala. It is through the help and suppose of people like you that we shall further advance cystic fibrosis research and extend the lives of so many young people.

Please accept my thanks on behalf of all of us whose lives are touched by cystic fibrosis.

Yours truly,"
